edit/change command's default value

how do i change testTargetFps default value from 60 to 70? please help as changing it every time is tiring

At the moment there's no way to set testTargetFps as a persistent option, though I'll try to add an override option in the next patch.

In the meantime, here's the quickest way to do it each time you login:

F1 to open console
fps 70
F1 to close console

i know that way but having to do that every time i login....
