Nikon I just played the new version for the first time...graphics are so ridiculously improved it's incredible.

The power up near the spawn is also awesome, gives teams something to work with for hasty defenses and to start a round.

Picture doesn't do it justice, cuz stuff like the shadows doesn't appear in it, but it looks great.

Gameplay seemed excellent as well...probably 70% of the time was mid to low, but people did bring the ball high without much trouble.

Game was like 6-7 minutes long so not too bad...

It was good, basically.

Hi Nikon,

I like the map strategically speaking but the background is quite a bit too bright, particularly when you get to the middle and top of the map. If the background brightness can be decreased I think it would be much improved.

This sentiment seems to be echoed by those who are currently playing it in ladder.

This map has been very well received.

Here's some things I would like to see fixed/changed:
  • Slightly darken the background
  • Add a wood border behind the goals just like the spawn area has the thin wood border.
  • fix the right side collision box that shows up white:
  • Change the background color of the map so it's the same as the background image. Background color is currently r=160, g=160, b=255 should be r=247, g=205, b=131

That's all I've got for now.

Thanks for making an awesome map Elxir and Nikon

Oh, I would also be curious to see the source PNG cause I want to know why it has really bad jaggies everywhere the PNG importer split the image:

This map is official now right? So I take it I don't need to update it manually...

Although I didn't yet try this update yet, I sincerely thank you for providing one and trying to address the main issue (brightness).

Thank you Nikon! Kudos.

P.S. More people need to take a few seconds of their life to actually thank the map makers instead of just moaning when something goes wrong. (End rant).

Thanks a lot for saying this, it is quite annoying when you put out an update and everyone complains about it and you have to do something all over again. And when you're not playing altitude at all (like me) it's really hard to do get around to updating something.

Nikon as much as it pains me, I feel like another update may be in order to adjust the spawn points.

I drew out an idea for it, with suggested redistribution of objects:

The dotted lines represent the path that should be possible from the spawn to the ball, in my opinion.

Also, the item covered by the new diamond could simply go above the new diamond.

Your thoughts (or others)?:

I like it, should make it harder to play defense. But as usual would have to play to be sure

I've been treading this moment lix Cause I knew the map couldn't stay like this.

I'll try to get that done sometime, it might take a bit of time though.
