Going around in clan threads asking to join them isn't going to get you in one.
Check this thread instead, or show people what you can do in-game.

I saw you ingame today. You might want to practise a little more or join a clan for newer players.

Protip: If the first post says "recruitment is by invite only", that clan isn't interested in new players, try one which says "recruitment is open".

It's wrong because you just pick a random clan thread without knowing their skill level and if you would fit in the clan, and then randomly ask to join without providing any information about yourself.

I understand why you are doing this, but I think it would be better if you waited a little and observed how clan recruiting works in Alty.

Active searching is one thing, trying to get into a clan that has players who've been playing for over a year is another; especially if you just got the game a few days ago.

To be fair you didnt know any better and might have thought this was just a clan for new players cause it was just made. After you're in the community for a while it'll be easier to recognize which clans are which.

I don't see what's wrong with being in a clan with experienced players, it's the fastest way to learn, and I'm happy to step aside when they want to play for rankings or tourneys until I'm up to the same level, but just practicing and getting tips from them would help me a lot.

yes, but you have to realize that team space is limited. As much as we would like to help you improve, many of the established teams have a large list of people who would join if given the chance(hence the invite only sign). One of the best things you can do is watch a few ladder matches(note, you must be at least level 60, ace 0 to join) with someone who plays your plane. Watch for positioning, and general team work skills. Then maybe try and play one, and ask your team for pointers during the match. Establish yourself as a player, and ask around the teams that are openly recruiting. New clans pop up quite often ,which you could check to see if they are openly recruiting.
But best of luck in your search!

Good scrimms today guys!! We went undefeated against akk and klf, think we played like 7 or 8 games vs akk and 3 vs klf.
