Problems with newest ATI driver

Anyone else update to the new ATI driver? I just installed it and my fps dropped from 60 down to 48-50. The game did not feel nearly as smooth as usual. It seemed more like 25 fps than 50 and the game was hard to play.

I rolled back the driver and the game is smooth again. ATI HD4850, Windows 7 64-bit
