Ok hi @all, first of all.
I just finished my first Altitude map. I hope it all works, but technicly it should. To the Map: I tryed to make some Arcade like Vietnam war map, since i thought the planes fit well in the theme. The background scrolls by 100 and there is also some nice smoke effects infront that you dont see that good in the screenshot due to the transparency

Feedback would be nice.

Hey and welcome to the forum!

The graphics on this look awesome, but I'm concerned it's going to be another football-type map. Was this your intention? If not, placing some obstacles in the middle of the map to make things a bit more challenging could be a good idea. Maybe trees, wooden house structures, planes to fit in with the Vietnam theme?

Yes its suppose to be like football. Intense gameplay in a small map without much in the way. The diffrence might be the visuals, 45°corners and 5 random pickups. Actually i planed to make it the exact size of football but it went 3000 1700 cause i needed another 300 for the header where you enter the map, in the end. I think as a first map that will do, but i already got plenty other maps in mind that i will try to make in the future. Still learning

Im glad you guys like it. Thx for the comments so far. It will be cool to finally playtest this on some server online with ppl later on. Thats some i havent tested yet but looking forward 2 it

IMO get ledow or some other kind admin to convert one of their servers to hosting it, it's basically the same as football but much, much better looking.
