BAN APPEAL REQUEST FOR MYSELF a.k.a CYRUS

I was banned for 20 years from the altitude ladder servers for these reasons according to bones: Throwing games, not specchating , and leaving midgame. However, i did not even play yesterday. It was my brother playing. When i figured out what he did , i raged. This is not fair for me and i am sorry for the inconvenience my brother caused you guys. I appeal to bone and the rest of the ladder members to repeal my ban and consider the facts.

and of course the butthurt thread comes on. Honestly, its your fault for your brother finding out your password and getting on your Altitude account. Obviously if you did not want this to happen you should have an account on your computer with a set password, or at least make sure he was not looking when you log in and out of steam.

I say you change your Steam password Cyrus and make sure your brother never ever finds out.

I say Cyrus be unbanned from ladder immediately and if ANY of the same bull**** happens again even ONCE, he is immediately perma'd again for good.

I believe this is fair for all.

seriously, if this is teh excuse, u still deserve a ban, ur responsible for the rules and ur brother knew the rules too cuz how did he know the ladder password? he should've read everything.... blahblahblah, ur responsible... a temporary ban or a normal ban should be fine considering the ladder season is over in 3/4 days... so stfu

If this goes that cyrus gets unbanned, then whats to say that other people arent going to use the same excuse everytime someone gets banned...

Sorry bro, but u still deserve a ban...im sort of jealous cuz i actually ask admins to ban me and they won't....(admins back me up on this)

Let's take a moment to "consider the facts" like you said.

1. You allow your brother to use your account.
2. Your brother obviously has a tendency to break ladder rules.

Thus if we unban you, it is, judging from history, likely that your brother will access your account again and play ladder. This risk is unacceptable to us and for that we will keep you banned. Unfortunately for you, you are not a innocent bystander in this case because it is you who has given your brother access to your account and told him the ladder password without telling him the rules.

It's a valid excuse once and only once for each player. If it happens again, he's banned, no biggie. If nothing happens again, ladder keeps a player, no biggie.

Ok guys im sorry for lying and being a bitch i promise this will never happen again. The reason I did it was you guys were making fun of my skills and stuff and instinct took over. Im really sorry for throwing those matches and I understand your complaints. As far as specchatting , I did press Shift(lol) so Im confused and the leaving midgame was probably a relief to everyone(lol). So i hope you take into consideration my apology and unban me for the resetting of the ladder. MARK MY WORD: THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

Thing's people would get bans for:

Throwing a game
Leaving a game
Lying to ladder admins
(Also possibly a very short one, just for the sheer amount of CAPS specchat, sure you weren't just holding shift?)

For you to get a 7 day ban for that, would be ridiculous, especially as you haven't come up with a valid excuse. Maybe not forever, but months IMO. You weren't ready for the competitive scene anyway, see this is a good thing.
