LoL for mac --Info Here--

So i've had quite a bit of people ask me about a mac League of Legends client.

first off.
if you want to play with people like:
Shrode & friends (joshee, soko, EV, mana and terror but w/e don't like him)
Ingbo
Vipr
Donk(inactive?)
Kuja(idk)
Veritas
Greekjr14
Clapon
and me

(sorry if i forgot someone)

so at this point, the mac closed beta has been removed. the only way to play LoL is by downloading the mac client from somewhere, i have no idea if someone is still providing a link to the download, because doing that is bannable. And then replacing one of the files with a .exe file to make the patch launcher run.

another way is going here and downloading the 'League of Legends - Boompje Edition v1.1.5' (yes, this genius is dutch :3)

there also is a guide to installing this version of league of legends on the top of the page.

before you can play, and this is for every player, windows as well. you need an account which you can create here, make sure you set your region to Northern-America so you can play with the players i listed above.

Its all fine until the game actually starts and it gives me the error, it makes me pick champions and all then it does that.

andy lol cmon man.... either u google the error text u get or u msg support, obv wolf isnt going to be able to help u with that and obv since the game has like 6 M players im sure ur not the only one whos had that exact problem.

and to andy, delete any files related to LoL before redownloading anything related to LoL to install it. just saying. don't double the files, it won't work.

i had this error as well, found my fix within 10 minutes and still got to rape the game with mah sion. go here it is explained very well, if you can't find the folder where to replace the file:

go to your LoL launcher in your finder right click it and click 'show content' (or w/e it is on english macs) and go: Contents > Resources > transgaming > c_drive > windows > system32 just drag and replace the file in the system32 folder and you're done.
