There are certain maps that I want para false on, and most maps I want para true. The lazyness in me wants a file that I can state commands to run at map start/end.

ball_ladderlobby,start,rating AkiTensai
AllBall,start,specchat true
AllBall,end,specchat false

What does /specchat do? It removes the display of non-game chat, allowing players to hide chat from spectators' all chat.

Please implement this, it's so boring to keep alternating between horribly bright backgrounds and maps that are near impossible to play without para false.

This is a waste of time switching between para false/true even though there is tab completion etc.
