The plane stats page could be updated with stuff like ball ejection speed and other stats...

You're right, it could matter, but you can also test things out ingame to see exactly how much damage everything does. And it will probably be easier than crunching numbers, which is what I assume you would want to do, right?

This data could be useful for people like coop mapmakers, and also people who want to know how much of *this* can kill *that*. (like me )

While you're right, don't expect anything. It's not like there are tons of new coop mapmakers who need all this info, and for you, learning what will kill you comes with playing the game. I got decent without looking up specific stats. Maybe you're better than me and need the specifics; in that case, you're going to need to do some digging or do your own tests. I'm willing to help if you don't have anybody to test with.
