An undersea labrinth is the setting for this map. Fight your way past the turrets and pass the ball throuh an airlock to a companion below. On an Alti+ server, 1 goal wins.

Updated so there is no possible way to kill the yellow lure turret before it kills the orange turret for you. Screenshot above is updated.

It is pretty new. I added code to my server to start the game at 1 goal from winning on this map, so you only need 1 goal to complete the map. On another ball_coop map, I created a shortcut to the goal, so it works OK on all coop servers.
What I was hoping for is more cooperation in coop. In this one, you pass the ball down to another player who scores the winning goal. I am having mixed results on that though. Players seem to want to stick to the leg which appears to be doing better, and so it is often unbalanced. I tried to design it so the passer, and the goal scorer each reach their chambers at about the same time. Oyster also created a ball_coop map which is massive. It requires a base to be destroyed to access the ball, and the ball isn't very close to the goal. |
