Map QA downtime

I am taking the Map QA server down to upgrade the hardware.

Either my fears that the new SATA power cables are not long enough are well founded, and it will be back up in a couple hours. Or, everything works and I will be re-installing the OS from scratch. In which case, Map QA will likely be down all of Saturday as I bring it's various services up one-by-one (Map QA not being at the top of the list).

Map QA is back up. It should no longer crash randomly.
