Default Mac won't start game
My mac won't start the game and says that there is an error. What do I do?

Have you ever run Altitude on this Mac before? What error message are you seeing?

If this problem occurred after updating please reinstall the game from http://altitudegame.com -- none of your account details will be lost, everything is stored on our servers. This bug has been fixed in a recent patch and shouldn't occur again after reinstalling.
