Default Altitude has a new "i won't open"

Altitude was fine about 5 mins, closed it to grab something to eat then opened it back up and this happened.

That's really weird. Could you zip up your log directory and email it to us?
Quote:
Open finder, then open your applications folder. Find the folder named "Altitude", open it. Find the folder named "log". Hold the control key down and click on the "log" folder. In the menu that opens, choose compress "log". In a few seconds a new file will appear called "log.zip" Email the file named "log.zip" to support@nimblygames.com
Have you tried reinstalling the game from http://altitudegame.com/download.html ?

Thanks. Which version of OSX are you running? Maybe some new anti-virus software decided to quarantine Altitude after it auto-updated?

I'm on 10.6.1 but I don't think that's right because I have opened Altitude at least once or twice on this OS after it updated..... Reinstalling worked

Weird. I don't see anything obvious in the logs. Let me know if it happens again, and if you notice any pattern.

hm, after reinstallation it would appear that altitude remains an inoperable program. not sure what the issue is...

Just as a heads up I have altitude running just fine in 10.6.1 on my mac. Are you playing on a macbook pro or just a macbook? The new macbook pros have something strange with graphics going on. I know python graphics won't run properly / you can't install it at all. Unsure how to fix that, though.
