server problem

I run the launcher everything works fine, open up altitude, see my server and and get in. I try to get some other people to join but they say all they get is an IP and they can't join. But some other people WERE able to join which is weird. My ping for the server is 0 so I assume its got something to do with the ports for the server. I use 61898 and 61899, both are open for me so i can't figure it out.

I hate to beat a dead horse and i know how frustrating it is to get servers set up... but if the outside world cannot see your server 99.9999999% chance it's because of a firewall/router.

you can see your server because you're on the same network as it... altitude has LAN server discovery.
