Creating A Server

I basically have Verizon FiOS for my house and use Mac OS X Snow Leopard. When I try to use server_launcher, it says:
No servers specified in /Applications/Altitude/servers/launcher_config.xml
Run 'Server Configurator' to create a launchable server config.

I need help PLEASE!!!

First run the program server_configurator in your Altitude folder to create a new server. Once it has been created, you can launch it using server_launcher.

My problem is with making a server is that no one else can play on my server except me, And the route thing makes me confused. Can someone help with this problem?

Anyway you got to put your PC's IP address on the server configurator.
