Altitude ProLeague Week 2 Preview
Week 1 is down, and now we look at week 2 with curiosity. A whole series of battles that I cannot wait to witness.
This week, there are many, many matches to watch. Do I really have to pick between them? We have ACE (2-0) vs. fLbSS (2-0); ACE (2-0) vs. fLb (2-0); and ****ing Ninjas (1-0) vs. Lobstars (1-1). All these teams were playoff contenders in Season 1 and put up one hell of a show for everyone in the post season.
Let’s look at ACE. Will they avenge their 2nd place, and win over fLb? Will their new players and old players make a team that was more dominant than last season? With their 2-0, they will want the undefeated record, but can they manage it? This is a very tough brick wall to break through. fLb lost to fLbSS last season and fLbSS just came with a strong win over Lobstars. Will the bears be able to out-ACE their opponents, in their goal to dominate the season again? Two games that are very important to everyone. Hopefully, ACE does not slack and does not drop to a 2-2 record, and the same goes to every 2-0 team. Just because you are 2-0, does not mean you are the best clan ever, as Jester’s Court (2-6 last season) found out the hard way last season.
Now ladies and gentleman. The match ****ing Ninjas vs. Lobstars. This is one of the most anticipated matchups we have had yet. Last season they have yet to play, not even in playoffs so this is their first official meet. To be honest, ****ing Ninjas had an easy path last year, but they also got better, making this a very more interesting match. Lobstars also got a lot better, and if they can get their five best players and avoid the mistakes they made against fLbSS, we will see a match better than all the 2-0 teams. Don’t miss this match
FFS, Holy War, KLF team 2, and Altitude Masters are on a thin line which is why they were all matched up as 0-2 teams. They need to show up or they will get the boot from APL. Maybe they can turn that 0-2 into a playoff contending record…
As for the rest of the league, I wish everyone good luck and thanks for participating =D!
