Don't listen to that fool, ranks and titles are what clans are all about. I'm pleased to see that you have a special tag to make sure everyone knows you're the captain and therefore super special compared to anyone else who is in your team.

Also, I don't see your recruiting policy working very well. Everybody who wants to join but isn't as good as you won't be able to, everybody who is better than you won't want to join because they're better than you, and everybody who is better than you and DOES join won't respect you because they know they are better than you when they joined.
