Ban List from APL
Here will be the list and Vapor Id's as well as their ip's that are banned from the APL. If not all information is not shown, it will be updated as soon as possible. These players will not be allowed to participate in APL as long as they are on this list. The time of the ban will be right next to their name.
Wood - (vaporid) - (ip) - Banned for a long time CCN - (vaporid) - (ip) - Ban is being discussed, Season 2 and possibly more If you would like to appeal your ban, you need the consent Tyr, Kuja, and Evilarsenal. i am not an admin of the servers because they havent given me admin yet
i don't change names often and its usually evil/arsenal or evilarsenal and im inflb, its blatant.... i was trying to help your team start the match, but you attacked me saying u needed slots... punishment for unsportsmanlike and immature behavior will be discussed. You acted stupid and it's obvious, and this isn't the first time. I'm not going to explain this any further, these bans are blatant, if you try to fight back you won't succeed. yea, your ban will be this season and that's not it
every admin will discuss your ban when the season ends, if u choose to appeal CCN, why did u target me specifically? Why were u so quiet, but when i was trying to help you out, you attacked me? tried votekicking me and still trying to attack me? What would you do in my shoes? Its deterence, if no one was punished, everyone would be at my throat. If you want me to hand over the reigns to Kuja or Tyr, i can garuantee things could be a lot worse... but i'm willing to do that, please, i would save so much time, Kuja or tyr, please if you have any disagreements please post them up, if you wanna be the head of this tourney, you have way more access than i do. This is our house, were allowed to be as arbitrary and unfair to anyone we want to in our house. Why? Because its our house and your guests in our house. You don't disrespect the organizer of the league and expect to play in it. All three admins agree, there is no discussion to be had about this subject.

i dont even treat this like my house, i dont rig anything as much as i get pressured to, and i try to make everything fair. I talk to tyr and kuja about everything
there are some things i dont like to hear but i work with it. Nothing is arbitrary and we are fair for the most part. |

As an FYI i'd rather KLF and any other peeps let it go and just chilled and played in the league. I have no current plans to ask for an appeal now or in the future. I obviously have problems with arbitary and unfair that others seem okay with so maybe this is a workable solution

This is our house works here fine, the admins are here to provide you the players with a league, the only thing they ask in return is common decency. You have no right to play in an unofficial league and also no right to use private servers. This is all being given to you so you could have fun and competitive gameplay. They're trying to do the best they can, so please don't ruin the games with unnecessary hostility.

We don't ban anyone for disagreeing with us and we encourage criticism. Also that thread you linked degenerated into a flame war, thats why it was locked.

So your banning CCN for what again? He was trying to voice legitimate complaints. Evils response is ban. Now the way in which CCN is trying to voice his complaints is completely unreasonable and unnecessary. However how is evil responses to his thread that i linked any better? You know why that thread degenerated into a flame war? Well you guys got all sensitive and starting attacking CCN and beagle.

A vote that CCN used to determine if evil was an admin( notice how he voted no). Besides evil already said in the thread that multiple things are what get you banned in a season. You gave me a reason one which wasn't stated in any of evils responses. Also why is evils responses ultimately meaningless, because you are friends with him and you two are in the cool crowd? Oh i forgot this is your house and you will do what you like.

It's now 2am here and I have a headache right now. I know Kuja does too.
I don't think you realize how much we're actually doing. Yes we're doing mistakes sometimes, yes we may be harsh sometimes. You have to understand it's not easy sometimes. Maimer almost stopped doing anything at the end of summer league because there is so much work to do. I certainly can't blame him, and he was alone. If you think you can do better than us, I certainly wouldn't mind some help. Concerning the servers ... If you have 2/3 stable servers, up 24/7, with ping <200 for (almost) everyone on the planet, updatable anytime we need, we certainly are interested. Until then, please respect tec27's work. He's already more than kind to give us those two servers for free, and people still complain. |

Admin should strict yet not to abuse their power (banning people without a damn solid reasons) coz all i see here is you guys fight over a little matter (not ban worthy). I see a lot has been going on overnight...
I think personally, you all need not worry about being banned unless you have a guilty conscience and know you've done something wrong that deserves a ban. I think the admins of the servers judge fairly and don't give any bans or kicks lightly - this is their job and when they're on they do a good job of it. There is no need to criticise - speakig in general terms, opinions are fine as long as they are not demoralising, vilifying or discriminating. It seems a lot of players have forgotten the "fun" community aspect of things and see it as more of a diplomacy that needs moderation all the time - well it shouldn't! Please respect the game, other players and especially admins - if you have a complaint, PM the admins about it - don't go nuts in game - it only wrecks the experience for other players. That is all -Vogez EDIT: After reading Stormich's post below I realised that I didn't clarify what I meant properly - the above applies at all ties, and yes, BEST behaviour during ProLeague or expect to be treated how you act. I mostly agree with Vogez, but I do think that during PL time everyone should be on their best behavior. Anyone causing problems is not only hurting his reputation but also the people who are waiting to play. Some of them take time out of a busy schedule to get there. Have respect for the League not only for it's sake but for the players and the admins participating and trying to make it all work out.
