Banning a Player:
MAY ONLY BE A UNANIMOUS DECISION

THE REQUIRED TARGETS ARE AS FOLLOWED...
- Achieve level 60
- Minimum of 9000 total kills
- A ratio of 1.05 or higher for you main plane
- 5000+ kills
- A ratio of 1.0 or higher for 1 other plane
-1000+ kills
- a MINIMUM ratio of .75 for 3 planes

note: I'm trying to get my router to be static so I can create an RaR server. Almost there!

Sounds like a good idea Moxy. It's funny though when I asked to join [RAR], [RAR] EVH told me no or declined me. Are you sure you want people in this clan?

Don't listen to EVH. He said this before he got the rules. I just have a few questions:
Do you have the full game?
How old are you?

Well, I asked Kuja900 to duel me. So I'm just waiting for him to respond. I doubt a good captain will turn anybody down. If he turns me down, I won't have any respect for her (I think).
