omnicron:
not only is that post not helpful, but that application does absolutely nothing that can not be easily done by the server configurator. Please stop acting as if people are stupid/uncool because they don't have macs when you don't even know the most basic things about how they differ.

spc:
It would be more helpful to know the model of your router than to see the output from ipconfig.

spc, do you not know how to do port forwarding or does it simple not work?

Also on the 12th we patched so that Altitude will try to auto configure your router for you. Does that work? You have to make sure your router has UPnP enabled.

my router does not support UPnP :/ and i tried to enable port forwarding in my router but there is no option for that. i have a "2wire" router from at&t.

i configured my router to allow all applications to go through firewall and it still doesnt work...

you put whatever you set the ports to in the server configuratator.

Defaults are
27275 UDP
27276 UDP (first server)
27277 UDP (2nd server)
27278 (UDP) (3rd server)
and so on
