Speaking of boat love (and touching), I still <3 you, Sunaku. Though it pained me greatly when I saw that you'd defriended me :,(

Surely not as much as you pained me. But if this discussion is to continue, I think it should be in PM for two reasons : first, this is beginning to sound actually gay, and second, I can't possibly post drama right now, not after the Love Boat theme. It would betray the spirit of Isaac Our Bartender.

As I also do understand that responsability I waited for the end of the scrim to answer him... which never happened because you guys left mid-scrim.

I would expect this from KK (just ask AH how was the scrim against them) or any other of those "short attention span" kiddie clans out there, but not from ball.

Btw the fact that you had little time isn't an excuse, you had committed to a scrim with =AIR=, if you hadn't had time to scrim tv0, tough luck, just schedule a scrim instead of abandoning the ongoing one.

And the lag is the same we Europeans have in ladder or sky league servers, and that didn't prevent sunaku or brad from reaching 1st place in ball ladder, nor arr from wining the 1st sky league.

And that's why the consequences were always reflected only on scrims on a videogame on the internet.

And you say this cause? I don't really remember seeing you play in any of the scrim we played. Let me guess, you're to l33t for ball, so you just sit on your TBD high chair talking how bad ballers are?

As I said, I don't recall =AIR= ever playing against him, so I would like to know in what does his opinion is based on.

That sounds fine with me. I don't have confidence that we'll be able to field 6 every match on weekdays, so this seems like a better idea than trying to get dougie to make {ball} a late addition to the tourney.

I'm obviously disappointed not to have included ball in this tournament, and the same goes for Aces High as well, because i know that both clans are great at getting teams together for scrims and have some great players. I did consider having a US league run along side the EU league, but considering I'm using this league to trial a few ideas, I didn't think I could dedicate enough time on administrating both leagues.

Andy, If you're interested in playing for a team, I suggest speak to seadog or shrimpy about possibly playing for 8 ball, as we only have 8 players on the books currently and could probably do with a couple more players!

Or is there still scope to field a {ball} team with maybe US {ball}ers who can make weekday scrims at eu times?

Or is this possible late application very inconvenient dougie? No worries if it is, I know you already made up the fixtures? Im just enquiring about the possibilities.

{ball} ers interested:

Beefheart
Braiden
ANdy

more?

Edit: I now notice that the league starts this wednesday. I guess thats too short notice to field a team and that we better try to find some other clan where we can play sub?

Yeah, sorry beef, but I've already drawn the fixtures, so its a little too late to add a {ball} team in.

I swear I looked for his name on other ball clan list (even on twisted), but I didn't find it. Maybe I should have looked on those ball_football clans.

I'm off this thread now cause I think the {ball} related stuff I was discussing is solved.

Ball should have its own forums section imo. Everyone comes here to discuss other stuff

Before someone quotes me this isnt directed to anyone.

Second thing i would classify elixir more as a baller than a tbder, but i guess he is both.

DMCM, players from {ball} are joining other teams for that league since we did not enter a team.

Updated the OP to add this statement:

Membership in {ball} is by invite only. If you are good enough to be recognized by a captain, you will be contacted privately.

FYI, if someone inquires, please direct them to a captain or to http://tinyurl.com/aboutball.

Censorship isn't how we do things in altitude. We air all of our dirty laundry out for everyone to see!

But seriously though, Guava can learn ballet from CCN if he wants.
