Es stands for elite swns,me and fart did not want to get rid of the swn part. You might think this is just like swn,but no. This is for the best swn and people who are willing to join a clan. We wont go easy on geting players,this is for the most battle worn players out there.

I would also like to add that this is NOT your typical noob clan. You do have to be good to make the team. We took the best players from {SWN} and put them on this new team. If you are interested in joining, talk to me and I will play against you to see if you are good enough.

Well this is at least a big step in a positive direction. Let me just point something out to you, have you seen any clan with more than one let alone four leaders be successful? There is simply no point in having multiple leaders and it will be a detriment in the long run.

I hope not. I'm tired of the same few people jumping form new clan to new clan every week and failing again and again.

We need more new clans like WHB who are willing to make a team from ground zero and train hard with lots of scrims to become pro.

Good luck and... keep it to 2 leaders max. One captain and one sub-captain.

Well all I can say is that while I think that having multiple leaders for one team doesn't usually work out well, we know that having multiple teams with one leader doesn't end well.

We have more members than leaders, but some players were not added to the list. Also, I totally agree with Kuja and Maimer; many teams with multiple leaders seem to die because of people fighting over who is in charge, but {SWN} has lasted a few months with 4 leaders.

Maimer whats with the flames lawl, I made 3 top teams that reached the top 6 this league.

One of them changed their names thats not disbanding lol. I'm results oriented and there are several months before the next league and fLb will have another top 6 worthy team prepared

It is a little of both. ES is a part of SWN that includes the best swine players and will compete in the next league.
