Ping kicks

I keep getting high-ping kicked from servers, I am used to play in games that got limited latency that kick players after it's breached and I am never one of those "laggers", It happens only in Altitude, and actualy when the server kick me I don't feel any ping problem and I don't see my ping rising when I press the Scoreboard button!
I would really love to buy the game but I can't play a game that i get kicked of it's servers every few minutes / seconds.
Edit: another things, in the last few days the game love getting stuck at the login, at the part "sending login credentials", and then it goes to a login error messege.
I cheaked my Firewall and Altitude isn't blocked, and I opened the Altitude port on my router.
Can anyone help me with this?
If a solution is found I will gladly buy the game.

It's probably a regional thing -- if the server is far away, you're more likely to run into latency spikes and packet loss. Where are you playing from? You could try hosting your own server, maybe other players from your area would appreciate a local server.

When it gives the credentials prob, I can't login at all...
That's a pretty new problem that I didn't had before, about the pings, I usualy play with pings around 80-120, which is how I play on most games / mods.

But you can play on servers with no max ping
And i dont have that problem

Playing only on some of the servers (and actualy 90% of the servers I tried had this ping kick) or the fact that you don't have this specific problem doesn't really help me
Oh and two more friends of mine have similar problems.

Where do you live, Mastix? Also, is your computer connected directly to the internet, or do you have wireless?

I am using a good steady non-wireless connection that doesn't have problems in other games, I usualy play with pings 80-120 on all games, I'm from Israel.
Another thing, the login problem suddenly fixed itself
So it's only those nasty ping kicks for some unknown reason.
Thank you guyz for your help in the meanwhile, think I gonna buy it through Steam anyway... hopefully it will be fixed l8r...

I will tell you that buying the game doesn't help your lag, in fact just go to a no max ping server if you that much of a problem. If you get kicked from there because you have high lag, just find away to fix your internet. If you live like were you cant fix your lag, well i cant help you there just to get a better connection, like buying an antenna so you can get a much better internet connection.

As I already said twice... I am playing alot on online games, with a smooth online experience, games that got PING KICKERS aswell!$!$

I know how you feel...
im from Cyprus [30mins flight to Israel.. xP]
ping here is mad too...my best is 200 and worst 999...
i try staying near the router as i hv wireless...
and i hv 210-220 most of the times.

Update: Sending Loading Credentials + Can't log in, try again in 5 minutes is back!!! damn!!!

I'm from Portugal and the only close servers are the dutch, german and swedish ones. Those are still thousands of kilometers away though so my ping is ususally never below 100. Plus I get horrible lag spikes becuase my internet provider has an overload issue so I get ping-kicked a lot too.

Try going on a server located near you, or host your own server

I have no idea what would cause you not to log in though.

About the severs... I just go to a server with no ping-kick (and have a fluid non-lag gameplay for hours, my ping doesn't jump at all...)
And about the login... yea, no one knows what the heck to do yet (I am not the only one that have it, I have 3 other friends that it happens to them aswell.)

Keeps getting stuck on "Sending Login Credentials".
It's more prone to work in the mornings here (I live in Israel, which is +2 GMT).

Rather annoying, really.
