Default "teams" hijacking Official servers?

This seems to happen to me all the time: Sign in, click on an official server, immediately get kicked, because some "teams" are doing a 2 v 2. Can this please be put to a stop? Its an annoyance for me, but I'd imagine its a huge turn off to demo players.

FYI, this time it was SWN and WISC.

(sorry if this is in the wrong section)

I wanna make this clear. we asked him to spectate, and he did but then he started playing and we asked him to leave, he didn't so we kicked him. btw, as soon as u left, we started playing in proleague. sorry for the inconvinience, that server is good in our experience.

If you are going to do team scrimmages please try to do them on private servers. It doesn't look good when you are using Nimbly servers and kicking everyone because you feel like you should have rights to the server, especially for a 2v2, that's just wrong.

False. Thats not how things went at all.

Using an official server because its "good" isn't an excuse to claim it as your own and abuse kicking. I'd hope that you and whichever team you belong to will stop doing this from now on.

Two no-name teams hijack the only nonbouncy server (Proleague 2) to hold a 3v3 scrim:

Proleague servers are actually made with this purpose - to let any teams scrim and thus practice.

There are plenty of private servers with good pings. Proleague is where people go when they want to play with pre-DDayers.

Actually, the Proleagues are private servers hosted by tec27 meant for clan scrimmages and league matches. The only non-private servers are the Official Servers #1-3. I know Vi and I keep saying this, but if you want a competitive match away from clan battles you should check out the New England Servers!

Public servers aren't for teams to hog up and then kick when other players come into the game.

They have private servers for this. Don't like it? Purchase your own server or host your own. It's not our problem.

Thanks.

the server we were using is for exactly what we were doing. you need a password to enter so it is a private server.
