These bad recruitment systems are the main reason all new clans are failing and you're no exception. Here's some free advice: Don't start a clan all by yourself and ask random people to apply. This usually results in allowing 20 people in, of which 2 or 3 are any good.

Play for a while in public servers with TBD games, and OBSERVE players who have no team and who are doing good. Of course the best thing you could do is start a clan with an experienced player as co-captain and he'll know who is good and who's not, helping a lot with the recruitment, but that's not easy. So you should recruit all by yourself. For starters, you should pick a good bomb runner, assuming you want to compete with other clans and then start recruiting players, preferably using different planes. If someone asks you to join, then sure you can test him and decide for yourself. Just make sure you have some criteria, you shouldn't set your standards too low. And one last thing: don't recruit too many people... 10-12 players is more than enough.

Sorry about this long rant; it's something I wanted to post for a while for all new clans to see. I just happened to write it now. Anyway, I just want more competetive clans and I honestly think there's still a lot of good players clanless and if someone makes the right moves he can make another mid-tier clan. All you need is commitment and lots of practice.

And good luck with your new clan

No,it's just a guy TRYING to make a team.

Wait you're right. I thought Dragracer was on ball team. It says so in their roster.

Best advice I've seen written. I've tried giving the same pep talk in private messages. Listen to DMCM. He knows what he's talking about.

And drag, I hope you're not trying to get kicked out of {ball}.
