Unable to create an account after purchasing the game

Hi Team,

I've just purchased the game, however I'm at a LAN party and it's saying something about too many accounts created from this IP address, presumably from people who have been playing on the demo?

What can I do to fix this, as i'll be on this IP (unable to change it) for another week?

in order to protect our servers the following constraints are in place:

During a 24 hour period you are limited to the following:
5 new accounts that have never been logged into
5 new accounts that have never played a game
20 new accounts that didn't register a key

You should tell people to stop making account and not playing on them at your LAN. I suppose it's possible you're hitting the 20 new accounts limit if you're at a huge LAN...

Yes, that's possible. How does this help me who have paid for the game but i'm now left without the option to actually play after paying good money for the game?

Other people on the same IP as me may have been subscribing accounts, but now that I've paid for it, how can I actually play?

The next patch will have higher limits, and hopefully a special LAN switch that we can flip for special cases like this.

You can ask a friend outside the LAN to create an account for you from his IP.

Could you make one for me? Else I'm sat here having just paid you money without being able to recieve the product.
