Any text allowed for email when registering

During the time this didn't work, I registered with an email of example2example.com instead of example@example.com.

I've just tried, and I could still register an account like that.

If you plan on using the email addresses for anything, you should probably validate the text's format.

Also, who should I PM or email to change my email?

We probably should validate the format to aid account recovery -- but for now we don't want to scare anyone away by requiring a valid email.

You can update your email at any time using the 'Account Info' button:
1) Log in to your account
2) Click "Account Info"
3) Type your new address into "Email"
4) Type your password into "Current Password"
5) Click "Update Account"

Since some places don't allow you to change email address after registering, I imagined I'd have to ask an admin. to change it :P
