Default -99 Community Points?

I bought Altitude on Steam a while back and joined the Altitude community group there. I had gotten the 100 community points from doing that, and after a few weeks away from the game I've come back to find I only have 1 point. I'm a bit miffed to find that there are now plane skins to unlock and I can't get one! Can someone tell me what's up here?

Sorry, I misspoke. It's 50 points for Steam, and I'm missing 49 of those points.

Default Ditto - 70pts Down to 60 in One Day

Title says all:
I joined Altitude's Steam network yesterday, and got 70 points for it. One day later, I'm down to 60. Is this a twist to the Community Points setup? That would really bother me. Anyone else...?

I think that the issue here is that the community point scheme was totally overhauled. Originally, joining the steam group was worth 100 points. However, after re-evaluating the most fair way to distribute points based on actually community impact, joining the steam group was bumped down to 50 points.

Mouse, perhaps your issue arises from a changing of the worth of your steam group membership? It would explain why you suddenly lost 50 points.

And as for Mac, it is impossible to get 70 points in one action for anything. Your issue probably stems from the same conflict I mentioned above, but I'm sure you had points for other things as well as a steam group membership that also go reevaluated. It's impossible to know how your community points are earned once you have them, so it's important to realize that other factors besides just "steam group membership" can affect your point total.

Okay, so I was right about the 100 points. Well, I don't mind if they cut it down to 50 and take some away, but I'm still upset that I lost all those points except 1. It means I can only get 2 skins unlocked instead of 3. Is there no way to get this corrected? I think that I have 1 lingering point sort of proves that something is wrong, since as far as I know, you get them at least in increments of 10. As of now, I've gotten 40 from link clicks, 100 from Facebook, and... 1 from Steam.

You must not be getting credit for the Steam group (the 1 point is probably a very old click) -- try this: launch Steam, log into Altitude, click Hangar Deck -> Community Points -> Invite friends -> Join Steam Group -> join in top right. You should see the points in your account soon thereafter.
