Votekick Abuse?

Hi, I've been playing for only about a week, so I'm not sure where to post this. I apologize in advance.

Is there a place to report constant abuse of votekicks on official servers?
I was kicked earlier, twice; the first time for "being a girl" and the second for "hacking". I also witnessed 3 other votekicks on the same victim... |J.C.|Knight or something like that, who had *just* joined the server and hadn't even said a single word.

Was this on Official servers or Ladder server? I don't think all of the people in that list (the veterans) would just kick someone. I don't know what was going on but if you were idle or something and the server was full it's normal.

It was on "Official #3". A round of ball had just ended, and I was lucky enough to score about 4 times or so (hence the accusations of hacking). They were all hyped up and votekicking people left and right.
