Perk Mix-up

Hey, this isn't a suggestion, but...ummm...I don't know what it is. If this is in the wrong place, feel free to move it. Even though you would without my permission.
Anyway
A long, long time ago, (no, I wasn't in a galaxy far, far away) I was playing Altitude as a Time Anchor Miranda, and was getting destroyed. So I switched to loopy and immediatley got chased around by a biplane. I was used to Time Anchor, so I pressed D, but I just fired my EMP obviously.

So I thought to myself, wouldn't it be awesome if we could mix and match planes, red, blue, and green perks.

Like you would have a plane slot, and three slots for perks, red green or blue.
For instance, a setup I might use would be...

Plane: Biplane
Perk slot 1: Time Anchor
Perk slot 2: Heavy Cannon
Perk slot 3: Repair Drone

Remember: this is NOT a suggestion, just a thought I had.
I know this would greatly unbalance the planes, but it would be kinda fun in my opinion.
Please no hating if you don't like it. If you do, please post your combo of plane and perks!

Drawbacks:
When 2 red perks are together in a setup, these perks will be edited so that there aren't conflicting keys.
LOOPY
tracker: no EMP
2x fire: no EMP
acid: no missles

BOMBER
suppressor: no tailgun
bombs: no grenades
flak tailgun: no grenades

EXPLODET
director: no mines
thermobarics: no mines
remote mines: no rockets

BIPLANE
Dogfighter: No small gun
Recoilless: No small gun
Heavy Cannon: No small gun

MIRANDA
Trickster: no gun
Lazer: no reverse
Time Anchor: No gun

i suggested awhile back an item that gives you mixed and matched random perk combos.

say you're an explo that picks up this item, it gives you acid and timewarp for 15 seconds.

With acid it HC wouldnt need its machine gun xP
