good music
hey i made my name modest mouse and realized thats DMCM's old name.
But its also a great band name just wondering what ur top 5 fav bands are and non of that rap mombojumbo i mean MUSIC (i wana see what DMCM would say) here are the recent ones iv listened to 1.modest mouse 2.stars 3.sigur ros 4.phoenix 5.joy division/ new order 6 many more just cant name them all and il have to say my bros band  http://www.myspace.com/holymountainisloud here a link tell me what u think... its a specific type of music.

Sigur Rós is a highly underappreciated band that does a lot of inspirational stuff. I've used their work in some short films in the past, definitely worth checking out.

2 tamarama 3 leaf 4 caesars palace 5 linkin park (kinda old but still fun to lusten to) Ye.... Its just that there are really good songs but these are not fom bands. Modest Mouse is my favorite band
 Top 5 bands? That's hard, even top 50 is hard. I like so much different stuff. I'll go by modern alt rock/indie which is what I listen to the most. My favorite bands/artists are: Modest Mouse Neutral Milk Hotel Beck Radiohead Incubus Pavement Animal Collective Of Montreal REM Smashing Pumpkins The National Arcade Fire The Shins Built to Spill Cake The Decemberists The Strokes Ween Beirut Sigur Ros (yeah I love them as well, I've seen them live too, it was unbelievable) I could keep going... music is my life.

By "others" I mean The Derek Trucks Band, Crosby, Stills, and Nash, B.B. King, Freddie King, Robert Cray, Queen, Pink Floyd, etc. etc. etc.

I find it ironic that Iron Legends which is supposed to be metal oriented has emos
Most metalheads can't stand the diluted little goths (Not trying to start an argument I just find it funny, I guess everyone has a right to listen to what they like )

Yeah it's funny.
The fact is, Metal is the one genre I can't stand. I like a couple of musics from the big bands but that's about it. I'm not even a fan of Iron Maiden "waits for Flight to read this and kick me out of IL"
