Default Altitude Account Problems

Recently, my altitude game has been logging into my sp4n13l53 account instead of my spaniel53 account. This is a problem, because I have done all of my time on the spaniel53 account. I have linked and unlinked from my facebook, reinstalled the game, and tried many things. However, I am still unable to log into my spaniel53 account in game. The game jumps right to the main menu logged in as sp4n13l53. If I hit cancel while it is logging in, I get a screen that has no option but the large "Join Now" button. This still logs me in as sp4n13l53 with no other option. I just need to know how to get back on my spaniel53 account.

When you are logged in hit the "switch users" button on the main menu. That should bring you to the screen that allows you to login on your other account.

There is no such button...I don't understand why. The game is fully updated, and I am online (I was joining servers earlier)

A note on the Steam auth system:
Non legacy Steam users are now authorized via Steams authorization system so you cannot change users.

So now when you launch Altitude from Steam you are auto magically logged into Altitude.

Bah ... wish I'd read about that change before I purchased via steam ... I've been playing the demo on my Mac, read a few days ago (before the change) that purchasing via steam would mean I could still play on any platform so decided to go that route since steam is coming to Mac but only got round to buying today

Now I'm gonna have to buy it again so I can play without steam ... that'll teach me
