This is quite possibly one of the most disturbing things ive ever seen. Its obvious that this will be very appealing to urban communities. At an estimated 1250~ calories per serving this thing has the potential to kill people. Am I going to get one? Hell yes, but I will feel very very bad about it.

lol my girlfriend eats 1300 calories per day. This sandwich should be separated in 3 parts and consumed during breakfast, lunch and dinner
