Collision fill

Okay when I test this map that I am making I can't go into the map I am just scraping the outside. So when I press collision fill it highlights the hole thing red so how do I just make border walls and actually be able to fly in the map? Please help!

Right click the huge rectangle (background image I assume?) and uncheck "Collidable"

Well it's my brother making it and he wants to know how to make a background image? He tried just puting a sprite but then it ended up on top of everything and you couldn't see the planes or goals.
