Patch - april 8th, perk tweaks + lots of bug fixes

April 8th, 2009 Bomber "Smart Bombs" replaced with "Bombs" - replaces tailgun with dumb bombs Miranda Laser - no longer pierces planes Reverse - fixed bug that could cause Miranda to lose energy or stall when reversing at low throttle Weapon charge-up rate is halved when Miranda has 0 energy (Miranda users -- don't freak out! I will buff Miranda to compensate for all these nerfs once we see how he plays with the changes) In time-limited TBD, if both bases are still standing when the timer runs out, the team whose base has the most health wins Lots of bug fixes |

dropping both bombs and grenades seem weird
bombs don't get much use i am sure this will be sorted out as we get more used to it though. MORE IMPORTANT: time anchor still points you in the wrong direction sometimes. |

I like this patch's ability to travel in time (looking at patch date).

I would rather have a downwards firing only bomber red perk, rather than losing the backwards firing weapon... Not sure if that could be balanced to be an usable red perk though.
I also sort of disagree with making laser non-piercing as I think it justifies its large damage output with no aiming... but then again I have no better ideas what to do with it. |
