Server config exe missing on Steam version

The exe for the server config seems to be missing on the Steam version. I previously thought I had just forgotten where it should be, but I did some digging and couldn't find it anywhere so it's probably entirely missing from the latest Steam builds. This wasn't a problem when I just needed to modify single settings on some servers, but now that I'm adding servers for other game modes I'd really love the help of the config tool.

I'll probably just download the demo to another computer and hope it has the config tool, but having it for Steam users would be good again.

Due to update conflicts between Altitude and Steam the server launcher was removed.
