Link to give to friends

So I'm probably asking a really stupid question, but I'm confused about the link to give to friends so you receive 300 CP's.

On THIS page, I click on the 'Give the Gift of Altitude' link which directs you HERE.

First off, is this the right link?
Secondly, it puts it at $10, is that right?
Thirdly, how do I get the credit?

I have a lot of friends from another community trying this game out, so I figured I could make some commission

Update: I ended up gifting it to my friend via the Steam Store. How do I go about getting the CP's?
