Scoreboard + Use Item = BSOD

Whenever i hold the button for scoreboard and then press Use Item, i get a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death). I'm definitely going to buy the game, but i would really love to see this bug fixed very soon, but untill then i'll just keep my finger of the scoreboard button.

I'm using a ps3 controller to emulate a xbox controller, before you say that might be the problem, i would just like to mention it only happens in Altitude, and it works perfectly fine for every other game.

I've assigned the scoreboard to the "Select" button, and the Use Item to the Square button. (See image for reference, althought i believe you already know that.)

I'm gonna attach a .zip file containing three files, one being dxdiag dump and the other being files dumped by the system when the BSOD occured.
