strange line

Hi this is my first post; and wanted to say i thought altitude is verry adictive and fun... good bye exams.
However;
I have a strange colourful line that sometimes appears from outside the screen in a random direction that links to my plane and will pull it in that direction (for a very short time). My plane has a red target on it at the time. This means if i am tryign to navigate through narrow corridors i can be pulled into the wall and explode... frequently... epic fail. I have tired to re-install the game it stopped for about 5 minutes then continued. Any ideas?

What you're experiencing is mouse control -- probably activated when you accidentally bump the mouse. You can disable it completely by pressing F1 (to open the console) then typing
mouse false

We'll try to make the mouse control a bit harder to accidentally trigger in the next patch.

thank you soo much. Will give it a try... must be because of the fingers on sdf buttons my hand rests slightly on my touch pad. So i shall dissable it in future. thank you soo much for your help!
