Can't open Server Configurator

I have always been able to open the server configuration but suddenly every-time I do, It says:
Launch Error - File Lock Detected

Failed to update file:

/Applications/Altitude/game.jar

This file is probably in use by another application.
Close all applications that may be accessing this
file and try again.

If it makes an difference, Server launcher, Map Editor, and Altitude all work fine. I know it's complicated, but I hope someone out there can help me!

Try downloading Altitude Again.

You might need to reboot your computer (and possibly reinstall Altitude afterwards).
