Isnt it vaccation time now? Almost all EU clans are on vaccation, if you havnt noticed. Great job by CCN but bad timing! Middle in august is better imo

The clans in the skyleague chose to play in the skyleague and knew it started in late July early August because of the timing of the qualification tournament. Therefore the timing is not incorrect and no-shows are clans' responsibilities.

There is no mention of veto'ing maps, bo3 or bo5. Simply put
"5 Maps, order is predetermined."
which is backed up at the beginning of this post
"Map Pool Round 2- Cave, Darkwar, Mayhem2, Funnelpark, Grotto"

tv0 veto'd cave (when and where is veto mentioned) and we should have played in order as predetermined. As per the main post to follow ccn rules as stated. we should play maps in order, therefore match should be null and void.

after the snow match, tVo was perfectly willing to play cave and from then on follow the map order, while automatically giving us the darkwar win. the order of the maps played should not factor into whether or not the result of a game is invalidated.

you had ample opportunity to wipe the results of the planepark and snow matches (both of which tVo was perfectly willing to give up) and continue playing with tVo up 1-0, but you refused to play.

final ruling is 2-1 tVo since you did not want another chance to redeem yourselves for whatever ruling, CCN can tell me if I was incorrect later.

Edit: Apparently, they still are. Those words must contain the secret of eternal life ! Or mean that the five maps should be played in order as a best of 5. It's one of those too but who knows.

tVo won on darkwar, and then you played Planepark and Snow, which are not on the map pool for that round but darkwar is. So technically tVo is up 1-0.
But if the teams are supposed to play the maps in order then you should have played Cave, so I'm not quite sure what will happen, its up to CCN

The ruling has been made. Both teams will replay the entire match at 0-0. Have both of your clans reschedule the match. The rules were confusing and arr had a right to argue against darkwar being played first.

The order for this specific match will be cave, darkwar, mayhem2.

Also, Arr is leading 2-1 against Lobstars Sammiches. "Leading" because we thought it was bo5 and we agreed to play the remaining games next week when LS didn't have enough players today. So what now ?

Apparently it was played out of order, even though Woken said in-game that matches need to be replayed with score being tVo 1 - 0 arr.

As Per bylaw 1.8:
1.8 My rulings, CCN, are final. The buck stops here.

I will confer with Wok3n to see what he ruled and what happened, but as he is an admin and had a ruling that was adaquate I am surprised it was not followed and moved on.

Before this, 2 things. I put maps in certain orders for a reason, it's to create game flow, fast, slow, good. Playing maps out of order can have a drastic effect on results.

Also, the games are supposed to be played in good faith, I expected both clans to play under this moniker, if this has changed due to competition I will have to take this into account.

How does this match "5 Maps, order is predetermined." rule? You gave us 3 maps only.

I meant to make this a Bo5, apprently it wasn't clear. It will be made much more clear from the following weeks.

In a Bo3 you need only 3 maps, Wok3n's ruling we discussed and agreed on the course to replay is as a Bo3 for arr vs Tv0, as such there is no need for the other 2 maps. BEfore anyone asks can it be a Bo5, it is a Bo3 until otherwise stated and that otherwise may only happen after talking to both teams captains, if I don't get a chance to before your match it is a Bo3.

From next week onwards any series not played with the right maps, in the right order will be considered a loss for both teams. If one team is refusing to play the right order of maps, screeshot, pm me and that team will take the loss.

I still need to talk to Sunaku and Truepain about the events that transpired.

Ok, so if I got that right, rescheduled tv0 vs arr match will be Bo3, and subsequent SL2 matches are Bo5, with maps played in predetermined order.

Hi all, back from real life(tm). Just a notice that Wolfey is our current co-cap so CCN you can talk with him if necessary for some reason.

Also, from what I've heard from different sources I don't like the attitudes of some of the players in the league and the rule bending they try to do. (and I especially don't like the fact that people are pretending to be SL admins when they are not) I hope there will be no problems in the future. I know tV0 is hungry for a win, but please go for it fairly. If all teams cannot honor the league rules I might have to consider pulling us out. (although I'd prefer Wolfey to do any decisions on that as he is the one maintaining our current operations)

Gemi I would consider talking to me before making a conclusion. There is more then enough blame to go around, to everyone.
