Theres more to "pokemon" than just playing the boring story-line game. :S

Introducing the metagame or in some cases the competitive battling scene.

Since I know a lot of you hate to read I will grab the summary.

I don't understand the hate towards Pokemon either. The anime series did such a great job in detecting epilepsy.

I don't really have a single favourite, but I tend to prefer fire and rock/ground types.

Charizard, Donphan, Heracross, Scyther, Golem, Gengar, Infernape are all cool. (Note the absense of anything from Gen3.)

Not my fault. just took a few hours and morphed a few pokemon pictures. The first time I had morphed any pokemons other than sprites from the games. I did all this before I started playing alty. When I acctually had time...

lol at 150 dude. Times have changed. There are 493 Pokes from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh at the moment, and when Isshu is revealed, there's gonna be another 150, or thereabouts. Some have leaked already, so we're up to about 510+.

Yeah... no. Thing is, if some of the 1st gen Pokes had been brought out in later generations, there'd have been yells of lame and sameyness. Seel > Dewgong is a great example of this. See also Ponyta > Rapidash. You're blinded by nostalgia. Gen 3 had some jazzy evos, look at Cavarnha > Sharpedo for example. So enough of the whole durr hurr hurr I remember when Pokémon was cool kinda thing, eh?
