New Game Modes

Here are some ideas for new game modes. Everyone, feel free to add to my list.

Sudden Death Mode - If your hit by anything you die.
Capture the Flag Mode
Stock Mode - You only have a certain amount of lives.
King of the Ring Mode - You score points by flying in a certain area which gives you points when you are the only one in it. Whoever has the most points at the end of the game wins.
Alitude Idol Mode - You shoot in front of judges and they rate you on style and you try to be the last one shooting. SIKE
Elimination Mode - Once you die you are out of the round. The point is to be the last one flying.

1st mode - loopies too OP
2. People have made maps. No clue why they aren't used

For sudden death i was thinking more on the lines of everyone using the same plane or it being random.

1de is where there are 2 teams and u plant a demolition charge on one of two bases, for 1 life ffa, its like 1dm but without the teams

Nah. There are too many people who whore as it is. While whoring can be beneficial in some circumstances - it's really not the best thing for people to be striving for. You might end up with people purposefully dodging the big bomb to protect their own bars =(

Remember this would be a completely new mode, no bases to protect. It's like FFA but for gold bars, not for kills.

I'm completely against whoring on ball or TBD, but I kinda like this mode.

Dodgeball - The gamefield is a cavern divided into 2 parts. In the middle of the field lies a wall. Only balls could get through this barrier so killing enemies with normal fire is impossible. Each player gets a ball when the game starts. Object is to tag an enemy by passing the ball at it. Thrown ball turns neutral as it touches the floor. Ball kills from 1 hit. A round would end when the enemy team is wiped. Game would have 1 minute timelimit. Equal amount of players on each team when the timer reches zero results in a tie or the team with more players alive wins the round.

The same gamemode is played in Soldat with knifes. Players try to kill other players by throwing knifes at each other. Loved the games when I played that but would be propably very hard to implant to alti. Would require a new type of a wall and a "powerup" and all...

That is what i am getting at. Noobs in loopies will hold f and chase after you and all the sort.

Haha like the dodgeball idea. Only if Nimbly Games made the ball go faster when thrown.

I also thought of another game mode where one player has a big sign on them (think of it like the ball, bomb or demolition charge) and that players team has to protect him and the other team have to kill him. 1 life would be good.

I was thinking about base construction for M(oney)TBD. There is money that gets scattered around the map, and the team player who picks up the money has a choice to construct a turret anywhere on your part of the base, and create different types of turrets like lasers, emp, etc...(think of it as the TF2 Engineer) They would be more expensive. Also, you would get a choice whether to create turrets, or pay for a nuke that destroys a base in one hit (have to guard this!) You would probably have to limit the turrets though.

Another way to possibly get money is to destroy enemy planes, but when your planes die, you lose some money because planes cost money. It would be more strategic, and it wouldn't be spam-my.

i like the capture the flag mode, you have some minutes to capture a flagg and point it to your base, the team that has the flag after those minutes will win
