Server saving data

I was just in a game where I went on a 30 kill streak in a game of tbd_hills (might have been 31). Since I'm an egotistical maniac, I was looking forward to seeing it on the scoreboard at the end of the game and bragging about it for the rest of my life. Sadly, I got disconnected from the server, and had to rejoin, and my bragging rights had vanished. Would it be possible to change the server code such that a server would remember data of people leaving, and if they rejoin within a certain time period (perhaps 30 seconds), people can come back with the same had when they left?

tl;dr version: I have no life, and I care deeply about the score of internet airplane games. I would like servers to remember my score if I get disconnected and have to rejoin.
