It's not something that can be taught, but is something that must be learned by oneself.

Also, trolling is easy. Trolling well and not getting banned is a skill.

i get my training from forchan, because it is trolls trolling trolls, so if u troll there, it's like trolling an ocean of trolls... its like a standard to troll there

tl;dr to troll, you must have no emotions, and then just lawl the whole way

Appearing to be helpful while in fact being completely useless is a nice break from standard trolling. The bonus of this method is that you look completely innocent.

Being able to type a lot without saying anything is another great gift to trolls, see Exodus (forum name "SkyGirl") for fine examples of this.
