Ingame Spec Chat Feature

There has been a big problem in ladder and league matches. Some players find it okay for the specs to all chat during games while some hate it.

There is a mute feature which works but often it may be your friend who is not spec chatting and you might not want to mute him.

The game, or specific servers, should have a "turn off spec chat" feature for those players who are playing the game. They would only be able to see server messages just in case if an admin needed to tell a player something. This would get rid of the problem in its entirety.

In large, it would help keep the peace during games and everyone can have fun

make it a /spec true/false command tho not an option, so u can on/off it on the fly
