Custom Commands for Server Hosts?

Were the new custom commands (custom_json_commands.txt) features removed when the Sept 30th patch was rolled back? I was wanting to play with it but apparently that file doesn't exist. Do we just create it ourselves? The revised update notes on Oct 4th didn't mention the custom commands at all, so I'm a little confused.

Yeah, you have to create the file for yourself and save it in the appropriate directory.
