Paypal gift purchase for demo account

Alright, so I just purchased another copy of Altitude for a friend of mine through the PayPal link.

His 3 hour demo is expired, and he's saying that there's no where to click "Get Full Game" since he can't login. The 'Buy Now' or 'Maybe later' advertisement pops up, but no button that will lead him to entering in the registration code.

I haven't seen it myself as this was just over the phone, so maybe he's missing it. But if not, how do we go about getting him the full game with the registration code?

Is he playing from the Steam version? For registration codes you need to use the standalone version from http://altitudegame.com

If he needs to transfer his progress from Steam->standalone he can email support@nimblygames.com with his Altitude nickname

Email's been sent. He played some on the account already. Are you able to just add his two stats together?

Is it possible to get his old Altitude nickname back? Now his steam demo account is sitting on his name.

I've freed up the original nickname, he should be able to change to it now.
