Default How we vote in Brazil.
We voted like 4 hours ago..and we're almost ready start the apuration,
will be tense... in researchs Dilma had 52% of valid votes and Jose Serra 48%

idk why they dont add it in united states..its faster then counting papers.

America has the most unique voting/electoral system like no other country, that's why they don't add it here
