console commands (more options for server admins)

i think that there should be more commands listed in the console for server admins. for instance...i made and server a made one of my friends admin on it, but whenever someone came in the game, he kicked them out, and so i wanted to delete him off of the admin list but without having to close the server. there should be a command that only certain admins can use, and that admin should be able to make other people lesser admins with less privileges, but they should also be able to change the amount and types of commands the lesser admins can execute.

Lesson learned on who you choose to give admin to?

I think just due to the coding or whatnot, a server restart is always required to change admin privileges. I know this is the case for adding admins, and I assume it's the same for removing them too. Could be wrong.

actually i only made him admin cuz i promised him i wud because he helped me with something, and wen he did those things i rlly got pissed. do u think that maybe they can make a console command that removes admin privileges from everyone who used the rcon password to become admin and then allow me to change the password. (and if that's possible, the new command should only allow the admin's on the server configurator's admin list to execute this command.)
